As Nokie explains, her nanny, when she was young, used to cook for the royal family, so she learnt how to cook Royal Thai cuisine at an early age, this is reflected in the menu. Martin is an ex chef and plied his trade in some of the trendiest restaurants in London. He develops the western food, particularly as trends change so often. He is also responsible for Nalinnadda bakery where fresh cakes breads and pastries are baked every day, do try the banoffee pie, delicious. Whatever your palate, the menu has something for everyone,
The bar is managed by Krot, a mixologist from trendy bars in Bangkok, he can mix just about everything so you are assured of your perfect drink while relaxing by the pool. A wine selection is also available. Coming soon will be our own beer garden with craft beer on tap.
